These photos shouldn't live on your phone. Every collection includes a print credit that can be used toward any of my keepsake products, including albums, framed prints, custom birth announcements, and more.
When to book your family session?
There's truly no wrong time for a family session. Every season has something beautiful to offer. The soft glow of spring light, bright summer mornings, the warm tones of a golden autumn hour, it all depends on the look and feel you're drawn to.
That said, spring and fall dates tend to go quickly, so if you have a specific season or milestone in mind, reaching out early gives you the best chance of landing your ideal date. What if my kids don't cooperate?
Don't worry, I come fully prepared! Silly games, ridiculous faces, secret handshakes, whatever it takes. Kids warm up faster than you'd think, and once mom and dad are laughing and having fun, they almost always follow. The unscripted, unpredictable moments are almost always the ones you'll love the most.
How long does a family session take?
Most family sessions are about an hour long. Enough time to move through a variety of moments and setups without anyone hitting a wall. We never rush, we follow the kids' lead, and if we need a quick break to shake off the wiggles or reset, we take one. Some of my favorite frames happen in those in-between moments anyway.
Can we bring our dog?
For an outdoor session, absolutely. Pets are part of the family too and I can recommend a dog friendly location for you.
What should we wear?
After booking you'll receive a full session prep guide with everything you need to feel confident and ready. Soft neutrals, muted tones, and subtle textures photograph beautifully. Think creams, taupes, dusty blues, and sage greens. And mama — you also have full access to my client closet!
